My journey began as an underweight, unconfident, non sporty teenager who had NO CLUE (or support) with where to start - something that I WISH I had.
I made the mistake of following everything ‘female fitness culture’ which led me to become even more underweight and unhealthy.
Eager to understand more, I took myself off to Loughborough University to study my BSc in Exercise Science & MSc in Nutrition. I have now worked as a coach for the past 7 years, specialising in helping women to embrace strength, work WITH their bodies and build positive relationships with food in the pursuit of their goals.
Summer

Sports and training have been a passion for me from a very young age, serving as both a release and a source of empowerment.
Even by the time I finished school, I knew that I wanted to dedicate my life to spreading correct information about the importance of good nutrition, safe lifting techniques, and encourage young girls like me to feel strong & confident.
I have now been working as a personal trainer for the last 3 years, specifically as a strength training and movement expert.
Philly and I knew instantly how passionate we were about co-founding this for you, and we can’t wait to share it!
